What Our Clients Are Saying

• “Good evening, Reid. I am the new GM at the Park Lane Suites and Inn. I have to let you know that your entire staff is unbelievable. If the property ever has a “problem”, your group of Officers responds so quickly that the hotel guests believe that they are on duty with the Hotel Staff. I have been in this business for many years and have never experienced such professionalism and response like this. Thank you for protecting the interests of the property that I am responsible for.”

• “I just wanted to thank all of the Echelon officers for their incredible work and support on Saturday for the Oregon Rises Above Hate event. By all accounts, the event was a huge success due in part to the fact that your team made sure people were safe and welcome. I know at Lan Su we had lines of people coming into the garden and both Portland Chinatown Museum and Japanese American Museum of Oregon had hundreds of people visit – which was incredible to see. The significance of this is huge.

I thought I would share the words of one of our community members in summing up the meaning of Saturday's event: 'I am truly grateful for this event and pray for more collaborations in the near future and more success to reach the ends of the rivers and to many, that there is no place for hate, but to treat each other with love.'”

• “Highest praise for the positive change Echelon has enacted for our nine managed properties in Old Town and for the neighborhood as a whole.

After working with several companies for security services, we were fatefully introduced to Echelon. They have since approached our concerns with a holistic community oriented solution which has been affordable, effective and humane. We feel proud of their interactions at the street level and we sleep at night because Echelon is patrolling.”

• “When we first spoke, we felt lost and really weren't sure how to deal with the crisis we're experiencing. But after talking with you, we were extremely relieved by not only your level of confidence, but your compassion as well. We truly appreciate how kind and thoughtful Spencer was about our situation. Spencer was amazing. Thank you, Reid, first for taking our call, second, for your kind understanding, and third, for sending Spencer our way! We had such a difficult situation and because of you and Spencer, our problem has been resolved. Our experience with Echelon was phenomenal!”

• “Echelon proved to be extremely capable and agile, willing to do whatever was necessary to not only protect physical assets, but also to learn the culture of the school district in order to provide service that reflects the values of Centennial’s leadership, teachers, students, and community.”
